It is more realistic than the former one.

These can purchased as a "Basic suite" or as "Deluxe suite".

Deluxe suite: 16 skin packs / Unlimited update for life! / L$4,900

The Deluxe suite comes with ISSIGONIS UPDATE SYSTEM.
This system is used to keep your skins up to date.
